    Central Ohio Churches Encourage Congregations to Engage in Public Evangelism; and other world news

    This week on ANN, members of the Allegheny West Conference in Ohio participate in public evangelistic efforts. During the “Impact Ohio-Sharing Hope Revival,” their two-week evangelistic meetings, 70 individuals came to Christ through baptism or profession of faith. 11-year-old Joshua, a young missionary in Peru, has led Bible studies since he was eight years old. On World Pathfinder Day, he witnessed his friend’s baptism, a friend whom he led to Jesus. The Adventist Church in Chiapas, Mexico hosts “Media and Hope” training tour where nearly 800 young people were equipped to share the gospel creatively and digitally. The Meals on Wheels project in the Southern Africa Union Conference feeds over 180 thousand people a day and has been helping people in need for the past 60 years. These stories and more coming up.
