4 cups of pumpkin or butternut squash 2 tsp of oil 1 ½ cups of onion - diced 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped 1 tsp of ginger puree 1 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of clove powder 2 tbsp of honey 2 cans of tomato 1 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of tomato paste 450g of tofu - frozen and defrosted 200ml of coconut cream Mint and Italian parsley for garnish
