In this 3ABN-produced program, Kenny Shelton reviews an article published by the Catholic Mirror, dated September 23, 1893. This Catholic publication challenges Protestants who claim to follow “sola Scriptura” (the Bible and the Bible only), but instead follow the tradition of the Catholic Church by observing the first day of the week (Sunday), rather than the seventh-day Sabbath (Saturday). The Catholic Church readily acknowledges no scriptural basis exists for the transfer of worship from the biblical Sabbath to Sunday.
