If you’re used to getting good gifts from your loved ones, just imagine what gifts God has in store for you! In fact, when we unite with Christ, “every spiritual blessing” is also ours (Ephesians 1:3). We can take comfort in knowing we don’t have to ask for several different gifts. We can have them all when we ask for just one–the Spirit of Christ.
