Special reflections for all African mothers. At her 66th birthday (in 2015) Gogo Ndhlalambi shared her reflections and thanks giving to God for the blessing of raising her children who are now looking after her and her retired husband, my father. She left the capital city of Harare to avoid diseases caused by unclean water and air and now lives in her rural home where she spends her days growing her own food and selling some to buy assets like cattle. She encourages others to live healthy lives of prayer, work and eating balanced diets and trusting in God.
