He attended Oxford University where eventually he joined the 'Holy Club', which then went on to be named the 'Oxford Methodists'. Today, the Methodist church spans the globe, yet its birth was unintentional, and its roots go back to this Bible study group. However, some would say its roots go back even further, to the Wesley brothers’ godly upbringing in Epworth.
