Some believe God determines all events, while others see biblical evidence that God allows human free will, even though it can lead to evil and suffering. God is all-powerful but does not force love or predetermine individual fates. The lesson emphasizes that, despite suffering, believers can take comfort in Jesus’ victory over the world and trust in God’s ultimate plan for good.
