Goodbye LED Live
Description
The moment has come. After years of weekly episodes—sometimes multiple per week—we’ve decided to officially pull the plug on LED Live. Why? After looking closely at both feedback from comments and the overall YouTube analytics, it’s clear: our highly produced, well-researched, edited mini-documentaries (LED style) consistently reach more people and create greater impact than the podcast format. Yes, we’ve had some LED Live outliers that performed incredibly well. But when you look at our most popular videos overall, they’re overwhelmingly LED-style documentaries. So, we’re making a shift. Last week’s LED Live with Alex Bowen (on the TPUSA All American Halftime Show) was our final weekly episode—for now. We’re not saying LED Live will never return. If something breaks in the news and a quick response is needed, the podcast format may still make sense. But the weekly rhythm is ending. Our focus is moving back to what we do best: powerful, evidence-driven mini-documentaries. These take more time: research, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, but they allow us to present strong, compelling cases with clarity and depth. Scripted videos also take out any fluff and allow us to get to the point quicker and more smoothly, which creates better viewer retention. This means fewer uploads. But our goal is simple: every video should be worth the wait. Hard-hitting. High quality. Far-reaching. Our main focus is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and we feel like this is a more impactful way of doing that, and we'll reach more souls in the long run, than if we continue LED Live on a weekly basis. In many ways, this is a return to our roots when we focused on documentary films and impactful LED-style videos released less frequently, but with greater weight.
