When flash floods devastated Reynosa, Mexico, hundreds of families lost everything in an instant. Thanks to ADRA Mexico’s emergency response team, more than 500 people received multi-purpose cash vouchers and 689 individuals were served—including women and girls who were provided with menstrual health kits.
