The story of the Wise Men following a special star is recorded in Matthew 2. These men regularly studied the heavens, so when this special star appeared in the night sky, they were eager to learn its meaning. By studying prophecy (Numbers 24:17), they learned this heavenly light heralded the coming King, and by following the star they found the Savior of the world. In Daniel 12:3, we read, “Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever” (NKJV). Could it be that God is calling His people today to shine like that angelic star, leading others to search the Scriptures and find the Savior Himself? #GlobalTMI
