Thai Scrambled Tofu
Description
Ingredients: ½ cup of red onion - diced 2 cloves of garlic 2 zucchini 1 tbsp of oil 300g of firm tofu 1 tbsp of tamari or soy sauce 1 tbsp of Thai Panang curry paste ½ tsp of salt 1 tbsp of honey 2 tbsp of lime juice ¼ cup of mint - sliced Wholegrain bread for serving
