Exercise is very important. You don't have to exercise with people, in fact, you should maintain social distancing. At least six feet from others. But, it doesn't mean that you have to stop moving. What else should we do? We should drink plenty of pure water. People are talking about drinking a lot of water and excessive water or not enough water. How do you know if you're drinking enough water? Simple. Just look at the color of your urine. If the urine is a nice, clear color, the same as tap water, you know you're drinking enough.
