This conflict goes far beyond a mere contest of power—it is a deep struggle over God’s character, His justice, and His love. God, adhering to His principles of love and free will, permits Satan a limited and temporary opportunity to prove his accusations, as seen in the powerful accounts of Daniel’s delayed angel and Job’s painful trials. While Satan currently holds sway over this world, his reign is short-lived, and his defeat is certain. Through unwavering faith, persistent prayer, and the unbreakable promises of God, we can be assured that evil will be vanquished, and God’s ultimate victory will bring everlasting peace, justice, and joy!
