How to Pray

Sometimes, when we’re sad, we don’t know why we’re sad, or what to do about it. Sometimes, when we’re having a conflict, we’re not sure how to fix it or reconcile. In the same way, we can feel unsure how to pray–wanting to talk to God about what we’re going through, but no words come. If this is you, let the Spirit help.
