Cain and Abel go before God to worship Abel's sacrifice is accepted but Cain's rejected, yet they both walk away with their lives. Cain is warned about sin that lurks at his door and that he must overcome it. Later, Cain meets with Abel and he is the only one that walks away alive. He later meets God and is confronted over his sin of killing Abel, YET he still walks away a alive and a recipient of grace! Abel's death spoke to God and still speaks to us today. Hebrews 11:4 simple says, "By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh."
